Subject:Holes dug along pavement outside Site 4 of Marpoa Garden
I am writing to complain about a number of holes dug along the pavement just outside the residential block in which I live.
I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the holes were made by the trash truck. Every morning, the truck collected garbage at the spot where the holes were made. The holes have been made since the beginning of this month. The holes are dirty and full of garbage.
