I can see your problem is mainly caused by the busy timetable of your school open days. To prepare for the open days took all your study time. You felt so tired after school so you couldn't manage to study and revise for the tests.

Since the main cause of your problem is the open days, you can talk to your teachers concerned and explain about your situation to them. You may also ask them to give you another chance to retake the tests.
